Hello from the NAAMC conference in New Orleans, Louisiana!

Hello from the National Ambient Air Monitoring Conference (NAAMC) conference in New Orleans, Louisiana!

This conference, sponsored by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the National Association of Clean Air Agencies, and the Association of Air Pollution Control Agencies (AAPCA) is a must for federal, state, local and tribal air pollution organizations involved with operating, planning, or managing air monitoring networks and reporting data to AQS, and/or AIRNOW.

There are more than 1000 attendees, from local, state, tribal agencies, manufacturers, scientists from academia and over 100 presentations and 70 exhibitors, as well as hands-on training sessions by instrument companies such as ours.

On Monday, the Aerosol Magee Scientific team carried out the training session, during which the attendees learned about applications and case studies for our instruments, Aethalometer AE36, Aethalometer AE36s, and TCA, experienced hands-on tutorials, and looked at the menus and maintenance processes and procedures. A question-and-answer discussion followed the session.

Thank you to all attendees and visitors of our booth 304, that you can see in the photo collage below.

We, Mateja Forštnarič, Varun Yadav, PhD, Štefan Ošlaj, and Martin Rigler, hope to meet more of you in the upcoming days.
