This update is related to the new software (1.5.5.0 / 1.7.5.0) of the Aethalometer AE33.
WHAT’S NEW IN 1.5.5.0. / 1.7.5.0 SOFTWARE VERSION?
The new software version (v 1.5.5.0) is compatible with all production series of Aethalometers with serial numbers starting S0, S01, … S07 (S0-S07).
The new software version (v 1.7.5.0) is compatible with the production series of Aethalometers with serial numbers starting with S08, S09, S10…
The AE33 instrument must be running Firmware version 513 or greater. A firmware update to version 540 is needed only if you intend to connect EXTERNAL HIGH ALTITUDE ‘BOOSTER’ PUMP to your AE33 instrument.
If your Aethalometer® has a serial number less than 90 or software version less than 1.172, please contact us for further information before updating.
